I have seen a lot of mages on WOW (World of Warcraft) that really don’t know on what gems that is best and suitable for them. Well, actually SP (Spell Power) must be on top of your list and that is needed to have a high damage of spells when you’re a mage.

Spell power increases the damaging effect of your spells and not only that it will also increase the healing amount of healing spells and this will only be used by healers. Mage also needs haste most especially when you are a fire mage since of all specs on mage fire skills has the longest casting time compared to arcane and frost skills. Mages also needs a fast regeneration of mana and talking to that spirit is the best for it. Spirit gives mana regeneration every 5 seconds meaning the higher the spirit you have the huge amount of mana regen every 5 seconds you will be given.

3.    Blue – [Purified Dreadstone] this will add +12 spell power and +10 spirit to an item. Not just giving you additional spell power but also spirit that increases the regeneration of your mana per 5 seconds.
