Ley-Guardian Eregos

Ley-Guardian Eregos is the last boss located in the Oculus. He is the supreme leader of the Oculus and the ley-line conduit operation. The battle against him involves the use of the drakes.

Attacks and Abilities:

Arcane Volley: Deals 4782 - 6468 (Heroic: 5977 - 8085) arcane damage to one target. Instant.

Arcane Barrage: Deals 7650 - 10350 (Heroic: 9563 - 12937) arcane damage to several targets. 1.5 second cast time.

Enraged Assault: An enrage. Increases damage done by 25% and casting speed by 100% for 12 sec. Says "Such insolence... such arrogance... must be PUNISHED!" when he does it.

Planar Shift: At 60% and 20% hp, the boss will become transparent and immune to damage for 18 seconds. Planar Anomaly sparks will appear and follow each player. Fly far away from them! They will explode before the boss reappears. This also causes an aggro wipe. If there are whelps out during this phase, it is possible to target and kill them while you're flying away, assuming your group decides to fly clockwise or counterclockwise. This seems to be on Heroic Mode only.

Planar Anomaly: Casts Planar Blast if within range of a player, dealing 42,750 damage to all players within 20 yards.

Whelps: After a period of activity (measurement needed) Eregos summons Greater Ley-Whelps. If you can DPS him into a planar shift before this time period, no whelps are summoned. Using time stop appears to help prevent this, as the time seems to be unstopped time, not time-since-combat start.

Greater Ley-Whelp: 38k health, 53k on Heroic. Casts Arcane Bolt, 1.5 second cast time, dealing 2391-3233 (Heroic: 3586-4850) arcane damage.
