Ley-Guardian Eregos

Ley-Guardian Eregos is the last boss located in the Oculus. He is the supreme leader of the Oculus and the ley-line conduit operation. The battle against him involves the use of the drakes.

Attacks and Abilities:

Arcane Volley: Deals 4782 - 6468 (Heroic: 5977 - 8085) arcane damage to one target. Instant.

Arcane Barrage: Deals 7650 - 10350 (Heroic: 9563 - 12937) arcane damage to several targets. 1.5 second cast time.

Enraged Assault: An enrage. Increases damage done by 25% and casting speed by 100% for 12 sec. Says "Such insolence... such arrogance... must be PUNISHED!" when he does it.

Planar Shift: At 60% and 20% hp, the boss will become transparent and immune to damage for 18 seconds. Planar Anomaly sparks will appear and follow each player. Fly far away from them! They will explode before the boss reappears. This also causes an aggro wipe. If there are whelps out during this phase, it is possible to target and kill them while you're flying away, assuming your group decides to fly clockwise or counterclockwise. This seems to be on Heroic Mode only.

Planar Anomaly: Casts Planar Blast if within range of a player, dealing 42,750 damage to all players within 20 yards.

Whelps: After a period of activity (measurement needed) Eregos summons Greater Ley-Whelps. If you can DPS him into a planar shift before this time period, no whelps are summoned. Using time stop appears to help prevent this, as the time seems to be unstopped time, not time-since-combat start.

Greater Ley-Whelp: 38k health, 53k on Heroic. Casts Arcane Bolt, 1.5 second cast time, dealing 2391-3233 (Heroic: 3586-4850) arcane damage.

Mage-Lord Urom

Mage-Lord Urom is the third boss located in the Oculus. He was one of the Kirin Tor who sided with Malygos. The first three times Urom is engaged, he summons minions and teleports to the next platform. On the third encounter, he teleports to the center ring where the final battle begins.

Abilities:

Frostbomb - Launches a Frostbomb that deals 650 Frost damage and freezes the ground, dealing 650 periodic Frost damage and slowing the movement speed of enemies in an area by 35%. On Heroic, the periodic damage taken stacks as long as the player stays within the Frostbomb radius. 1.5 second cast time.

Time Bomb - Deals 3800 to 4200 (5700 to 6300 on Heroic) Arcane damage and plants a time bomb in an enemy target. After 6 sec the bomb explodes, dealing additional Arcane damage to nearby enemies equal to the amount of health missing from the target. 1 second cast time.

Empowered Arcane Explosion - Occasionally, Urom will teleport into the centre of the Oculus, become immune to all damage and begin casting this spell. This spell sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting 9000 (13500 on Heroic) Arcane damage to nearby enemies. 8 second cast time (6 second cast time on Heroic).

Regular Abilities:

Commander Stoutbeard is a boss located in the Hall of Stasis in The Nexus. He is only available in Heroic mode. While the fight is a fairly simple tank and spank, he does cast Whirlwind quite often and non-plate melee need to get away without being hit, as they will be basically one-shotted. The range of Whirlwind seems quite wide and hits for over 20K on leather.

This fight is a carbon copy of the boss encountered by Alliance players, Commander Kolurg, with the obvious exception that he isn't an orc.
